Equal Employment Opportunity
Multimedia Tech (MMT) is proud to foster an environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
MMT is fully committed to equal opportunity and affirmative action in all aspects of employment.
All employment decisions at MMT are made based on jobs-careers-related criteria and merit without regard to the individual’s legally protected status.
Employment Policy
It is the policy of Multimedia Tech not to discriminate against and to provide equal employment opportunity to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected classification.
It is the policy of the MMT to analyze all areas of its employment process to further the principles of equal opportunity employment.
Policy Implementations
This policy applies to all employment practices, including, but not limited to, recruitment selection, promotion, transfer, compensation, training and development, demotion, and separation.
This policy is intended to be consistent with the provisions of applicable State and Federal laws and MMT policies.
Affirmative Action
Multimedia Tech believes that a diverse workforce and an environment committed to sharing ideas and values among ethnic, gender, and other protected groups build upon a successful employment experience.
Multimedia Tech will take affirmative action to assure equal access to employment opportunities for all persons based on individual merit, interest, and job-related qualifications, including but not limited to, women, minorities, and persons with disabilities to the full extent permitted by law.
Multimedia Tech will strive to hire the most qualified candidates from a diverse pool of applicants in order to further the goals of the company.
Equal access to employment opportunities requires a periodic review of selection procedures to identify and remove artificial barriers to employment opportunities for qualified persons in legally protected classifications.
In addition, each employee or applicant shall receive individualized consideration when being considered for employment or retention.
Personnel matters, such as retention, promotion, transfer, demotion, discipline, compensation, access to training and benefits, etc. will also be made in accordance with these policies.
Multimedia Tech will increase its outreach to professional organizations and associations that focus on underrepresented individuals as part of its recruitment efforts.
Multimedia Tech will also identify and target diversity-driven job sites when posting announcements and job vacancies to broaden its applicant pool.

New Support Portal
We are excited to announce that our new and refreshed support portal is live.
The portal includes changes to navigation, with buttons for both mobile and desktop versions.
We have also improved the structure of our content, so you will get assistance faster.
There’s a whole host of smaller but impactful changes, all to make your experience of the Multimedia Tech site that much better and more helpful for you.
When we started the project we had big ideas, from updating company messaging to helping users find the most relevant assistance without skipping our most crucial support content.
Our solution was to split our site content into two places. We now have a ‘Support’ section – if you want to find support topics, then our support pages can help. In the ‘main’ pages, we have collected resources for a set of more specific use cases.
The blog and other resources are still available, and only a single click away.
We have also created a host of new graphics, FAQs, and announcements and included a few updates that have made the site easier to use.
We hope you like the changes, and if you have any feedback, please let us know on Facebook or Twitter.
